WC-59/60 Update

The WC-59/60 has been sitting at the farm under a tarp. It was 8 degrees last nit with a high of 15 today. Removed the tarp. Pulled the choke. Pumped the accelerator four times. Turned the toggle switch. Pushed the foot pedal. She started right up on the first try!
