if all else fails; i have used a carbide burr, either in a diegrinder or drill press [steadier than my hand] to remove the heads. then i slide the frame apart to get to the frame plates. the correct size keystock is readily available at mcmaster-carr.i do make reproduction plates if you dont want to tackle it yourself.
