I have used a round chisel before. Or any other round object that is just under the diameter of the tube. Copper is pretty soft so I just ream it around a bit until it is straightened out. I suppose there is some fancy tool to do it with but this works for me. Sometimes you might have to lightly hammer on the tube or tool kind of like doing bodywork.
