I just finished one about an hour ago, been on the truck for, lets say 45 yrs. sawsall this is the important part, 9 TPI, use the biggest teeth you can find for the saw. step 1, sawsall both sides!, with a 4 1/2" grinder cut the beads, small bar remove the beads from the wheel, tap the ring w/ a small hammer (I use a 2 pounder) if that doesn't loosen it, start looking for weld ! what I did tonight took me less than a hour, at no point was I in a strain. I'm 60 yrs old and I try to stay out of strains anymore some where after you get the beads off then I would suppose the run flats come out. Once you do one it'll get easier with each successive one. my first one took 5 hrs. Dave.
