I think Northern Tool was selling those a few years ago. Don't remember the price. I'm sure it's a Chinese copy. That doesn't mean it isn't well made. I've already got over half that just into parts to overhaul mine, and it's still going to be missing the proper rear angle iron and the rod across the lower front, it'll still have a rust-pitted worm and worm shaft, and I'll have to fabricate the two brackets for the clutch lever. If I hadn't been able to find a steel worm gear for $50, versus $350 for the bronze one, I would have been up to the price of this Chinese copy and it would have been cheaper to buy the Chinese one and use it as a parts kit.
