I saw a PW that a guy set up for off road by making front fenders out of very thick rubber. he cut them to shape of the stock fender and bolted them on the same way. mounted the head light and from 50 feet you coudl not tell. then he eliminated the running boards and built skid bars out of 2x3 steel and ran a flat bed.
