What Degree Thermostat

Hi,
I went to the parts store today and picked up a thermostat form my truck that has a 318 poly. They gave me a 195 degree thermostat. Is this good for my application? I mainly drive the truck in the summer and I do not have the heater hooked up. I am thinking I should have gotten like a 160 degree or something.
