If some of the broken stud is sticking out of the hub, heat and wax and 'good' vice grips may win. If they are broken off flush or inside the hole, you can try drilling and easy out. I have never had much luck with easy outs. If they are flush with the surface, very carefully, very carefully, weld a bolt on the stud. The heat from welding may loosen it up and you can back it out with a wrench on the bolt you welded on.
