I use the Imageevent Premium ($24.95 per year), and added Large File Support ($24.95 one time charge). That gives me 6,000 picture capacity. I'm storing 5,700 pictures, or about 1,500 MB or 1.5 GB.
Google/Picasa offers you 1 GB for free, or a bunch of paid plans:
20 GB ($5.00 USD per year)
80 GB ($20.00 USD per year)
200 GB ($50.00 USD per year) includes free Eye-Fi card
400 GB ($100.00 USD per year) includes free Eye-Fi card
1 TB ($256.00 USD per year) includes free Eye-Fi card
If I was starting over, I would try the Picasa free, and then upgrade as needed.
