There are a great many repair procedures or modifications, including sheet metal and paint, that would be the same for a two wheel drive or four wheel drive. Anything like that would be great.
You can see how, as an extreme, an article about how someone got stuck in the snow in a two wheel drive truck would not be the most appropriate for a four wheel drive magazine.
In the context of similarities, there would be many things you could write about.
