Yes George I would definatly keep them they really work great when I was restoring mine I got 2 rebuilt exchange boosters from my local parts store and they really stop the truck good even at road speeds with stock brake shoes adjusted correctly and 11.00 x 16 tires,489 gears. I bought the disc brake kit but havent installed it I like the way they work.
