2004 Ram Hemi sometimes doesn't want to start...

My Dad has a 2004 Dodge with the Hemi. It has 70,600 miles on it. In the past month it has had issues with not starting. It seems that when it is cold it starts fine, but after you drive it for a bit and try to restart it you have to let it crank for a minute or two before it will start again. We can't make it fail. So far we have changed the fuel pump and IAT. The check engine light is NOT on. We put a reader on the computer and all it said was a bad IAT sensor. Has anyone had this problem? Or do you have any suggestions?
