A mig welder ( not neccessarily an expensive one) a sponge, and a bucket of water, and patience. Try it on a scrap door, fender, etc. You won't be disappointed.....or maybe you will. it's always worked for me. A 95 year old guy taught me how to do it. Back of my head still hurts from screwing up, but I learned real fast!
