I have the same picture from someplace I looked at - these were military contract 6x6 - even came with blackout lights. Don't remember where I got the picture but recall reading something about these - think they ran 11.00x20 tires. Have a look at http://www.old-dodge-trucks.co.uk/dodge_wk60.htm
