- Once driven into the trunnion, it will be a little tighter on the axle.
- Where did you buy the bushing?
- Are you sure you have the correct bushing?
- Can you rotate the axle shaft once it tightens?
- You did grease the bushing surface, axle side?
- If you bought the bushings from the same source, drive one in the knuckle (spindle for some folks) and see if the axle fits
properly.
- What kind of seal, leather or neophrene? If leather did you soak it in oil before installing?
