Was the altanator offered as an option in 1958 the same one as the early sixtys cars, or was it something totally different? I have a good old style that I would put on my FF if it was the same as the option. as a side note, there must have been someone looking out for me. I couldn't make up my mind the other day and lost a fairly complete 46. had a 48 fall in my lap today complete but apart, 500.00 and another 500.00 for the winch. going to pick it up sunday. I guess it's true, God really does take care of his fools. KSSU Dave.
