three years ago in Kentucky, cwd took about 75% of our herd, it's just now starting to come back for the deer. I don't know about our elk, I don't think they took the hit that the deer did. be careful about what you eat!! the fine if you get caught killing a lion in ky is 5000.00 dollars, plus five years,and anything used in the commisson of the crime, truck,guns,ect.ect. with the shortage of deer be careful about the lions ie.
