That's very nice work! The lower grill extension looks fine as well. If it were me, I think I would have made the headlight extensions with the vertical bars on the outside like the grill. I also would have carried the horizontal bar across and then dropped down to clear the headlight and eliminated the vertical flat stock. You might have given up a little strength, but they're primarily there for looks anyway. Again what you have made looks just fine, but I just think it would "flow" a little better the other way! Just an idea. :>)
