It depends on the rack. I beleive there is a company...Trac racs? that makes a rack system that moves. With the gooseneck when you turn the neck of the trailer will severely impact any rack unless it can move close to the cab.
At a 90 degree turn the neck will be very close on a long bed; I doubt that you could have any rack with a short bed.
