I use Dot 5.1 in all my trucks. DOT 5.1 is synthetic....NOT Silicone. It has a dry boil point of 500 degrees F. My NAPA dealer gets it for me. Here is the Federal Mogal link for more info. Its also compatible with DOT 3 or 4
