Brake fluid is like a sponge it atracts moister. So if you have a new brake system I would use silicone brake fluid or Dot 5. Just remember you can not mix brake fluid. Silicone does not atract moister. Regular Dot3 or 4 is OK but should be changed/flushed out every 2 years. Good luck have fun. Your in for alot of post on this one. Bill.
