If the truck has a power divider or is a live tandom, chain up the outside 4 tires. That is how it is done running the pipeline rightaways with tandom tractors. You have to chain both front on them for steering sometimes. If only one axle is powered at a time, then do the rear most axle, all 4 tires. But being an old 6X6, it should pull with both axles at the same time I would thank.
