rear differential

I have a 1947 Dodge WD21 (1 ton) 2wd rear axle which has a centered diff. It has 6 lug hubs. Does anyone know if PW hubs and diff dropout will bolt on? I need a centered diff for my cummins, five speed divorced 205 conversion.
