I forgot to mention that I was wondering about a fording valve? I don't know exactly what is all involved with that as I don't have a lever and it's not been on the truck since I have had it. It did not use to do this but I have had the carb/air cleaner off several times and the dist out. Trying to figure out what I have messed with... :)
