well in 24 years of driving these trucks and listening and reading other peoples experiences I have NEVER read or heard of anyone breaking and axle in a Dodge WC or PW with a centered rear diff. I have broken a few in the offset set up and regularly read of others doing the same in PWs, and M37s. Real world says it does matter.
