As others have said, he himself, by his own standards, is a deadbeat and wouldn't accept his OWN bid. I think he is way off base on putting that in his ad. My guess is he'll update that to 97% now.
I also seriously doubt he is "flooded" with emails. If you are, you should take it as a HINT to put more CLEARER info in your ad. I've sold some on Ebay and it's amazing how little people ask questions.
I think forum members have pegged him for what he is.
