You might want to check the fuel tank and the fuel line to see if they are clear. Or is there another filter between the fuel tank and the fuel pump? Maybe it's plugged up. Very often in older trucks the problem in fuel delivery is obstruction of flow. Try disconnecting the fuel lines and blowing air through them. Blow air into the hole where the fuel line connects to the fuel tank to see if it's clear. I seriously doubt if the fuel tank from the Studebaker will fit, and I also doubt if your fuel pump has failed in just a couple of months. JH
