I left my office at 10:00am, waited in line for fuel, went to the bank, drove Hwy 46, got held back from an earlier wreck, took Hwy 16 (Bandera Highway), headed south....drove the D300 on to the trailer with no brakes. Back home to Boerne, off-loaded by 12:30. Really do like those short road trips.
318 Poly sounds good, has some leaks, 9ft bed looks very good, big water tank in the bed. Looks to be sold new at New Braunfels, Simms Fire Equipment installed in San Antonio, then used by Marion Fire Dept.
I love finding cool local trucks.
Too bad those rare running boards and super rare triangle pieces are missing, probably sat at Simms then junked when brand new.
