Mine are 3/8, 16 or 20 I'm not sure. Coarse I think.

Clean one out as best you can with a bent wire, enough to get a look at the threads. Perhaps use a drill bit first. Match up a bolt, and hack saw or grind some teeth into it, make it tap-like. It's called a thread-chaser.
