Very good advise from Dave. Make sure the rubber lays flat against the cab when the windshield is closed. After the rubber is installed, leave the window tightly closed for a week or more. This will "seat" the seal around the cab and "train" the rubber where it is supposed to be. By the looks of you picture, it may be in backwards as Dave said.
