I've looked into importing a head/valve train from aussie-land for a Hemi-6 conversion on an old slant-6 motor, the "hemi" head exits the exhaust (and the intake) to the driver side, i can only imagine that would gobble up alot of the space that the steering column/gear/etc would need.

I have heard amazing stories about these aussie-hemi-6's though. I'm just not sure how it would all mount up into a left hand drive car/truck...
