Ford belt pulleys came in two different spline sizes - 1-1/8" and 1-3/8". The Power-Wagon has an 1-3/8" spline size.

The one in the auction LOOKS like it has the larger 1-3/8" spline, but it is hard to tell from the photo and the auction does not state either way. If it has the 1-3/8" spline, it almost fit the Power-Wagon pillow block.

The Power-Wagon pillow block has a cylindrical male protrusion that fits concentric into the female counterbore on the Dodge New Process belt pulley. The Ford pulley stands away from the tractor on four "legs". These legs must be machined on a mill to fit with a loose slip fit over and around the male protrusion of the Dodge pillow block. This cut must be made perfectly concentric to the axis of the splines on the pulley. The other alternative is to make a 1/4" spacer to fit between the pillow block and the Ford pulley so the legs of the pulley housing can sit flat on the spacer and not have to be milled to fit the protrusion. This method is "okay", but the pulley will rely completely upon the splines for alignment.

The pulley also has the more common rockwood pulley wheel instead of the harder to find pressed steel wheel.
