i would advise against a ocean container. they sweat inside like a coke can when the temperature changes. i would look for an older road trailer. yes, you will have to build stairs, but it is cheaper and portable. if you can find one with a translucent roof (fiberglass) you get sunlight inside and reduce your need for lighting. rollup doors are easier than swing doors. most van trailers have wood floors which are easier on the feet and better acoustically than a metal floor. dont buy a FRP - fiberglass reinforced plywood trailer. they are cheap because they are impossible to dispose of. where are you located. look for a smooth side aluminum trailer as side mods are easier than the correguated units. if you find one with a side door, you can use that entrance for your shop. good luck!
