That's true, the standalone ignition is pricey (around $750 for module and harness), and a 4bbl manifold is around $500, but other than that it's not bad. I was considering building a 408 stroker for my truck, but the Hemi is the more cost effective way to go. Plus, it's a Hemi. Plus it has 16 plug aluminum heads. Plus it is a deep skirt block with crossbolts in all 5 main caps. I'll be sure to post pics as my build progresses and I am seriously considering making Hemi conversion mounts for sale. I just want to do mine first as a prototype.
