Aaron, 16" rims have the greatest variety of makes and sizes. I have 16.5 X 9.75 Eaton wheels that I really like on my 64 TWPW, but 16.5s are phasing out and you can't air down 16.5s. Stockton Wheel has some real nice wheels. I have to stick to 33" to 35" OD tires with my stock suspension, but you should be able to go larger with the W200s wheel openings.
I have a vintage Weiand single 4bbl (7503) manifold which Holley was still making, but someone said it is discontinued. I highly recommend it with an Edelbrock or Carter AFB 500-600cfm. I have a new Holley 600cfm that I have not tried yet. A Moper Performance electronic distributor or conversion is a good idea. I also recommend Jacobs plug wires and coils and Bosch Platinum plugs (WR9FP)
Polys really run well when you let them breath. Mopar Norm has some nice tri-Y headers. Ad at the top of the forum.
Don't forget to adjust the valve lash for the solid lifters. int: .012 hot, exh: .022 hot
Gotta do it with the it running which is interesting and a bit hairy.
