I need the name of a part or a source -me stumped

Ok side door glass , with the metal trim that moves up and down with the window and surrounds the window . there are 2 screws that attach this piece to the window winder channel . Each screw has 2 parts a female and male piece that both look like a screw .
What is this screw called ?
This is on the single pane glass that came on my carryall and many other WC trucks .
