If you are just replacing the glass and your original channels and weatherstrip are good, the job is not difficult. I just replaced the channels and weatherstrip in my doors (small glass with wing vent). It was a real pain. The new channel is too tight. You have to spread it to get the glass to move, because of the strip that goes on the forward edge of the window to let the wing vent seal. I have the other door to do. Waiting to build my patience back up.
