1962 W300 upgrades, can they be done and are they a good idea?

While replacing the starter on my 1962 W300 this morning, the following occured to me. I sure like the truck, but it'd be nice to have electronic ignition, fuel injection, and maybe a turbo-charger. Guess I've gotten used to all those things on my diesel.

So, can anyone, or all, of these alterations be made, how hard are they to make, and are they a good idea.

My apologies if these questions are amateurish, or have already been answered before.
