Yep you had the same thing as I have. I put a hydroboost in my carryall this summer. It had decent brakes even with the disks on the front. Adding the hydroboost and changing nothing else I can plant the front end into the road if I am not careful. I have had to make 2 emergency stops since the hydroboost was put in. People cut me off one being a bus that decided to change lanes. In both cases I locked up all four wheels. It stopped straight and the backend stayed in place. If you ever lock up a set of Michelin XLs get ready for a really bad smell of burnt rubber. Man did it smell bad.
