I had the warn OD on a 48 jeep with the T90 three speed and Model 18 TC. Unit worked fine for many miles/years. It's designed to be as strong as the transmission, so it nothing to worry about. It gives you 6 forward gears. If the Saturn design is the same, you're good to go. Had a 330 Olds engine in the jeep, and it handled it fine. That was one great lugging engine.
