64 PW W300 value?

Came across a nice 64 PW flatbed 1 ton dually the other day. Nice original condition, Factory PTO winch, Dana 70 front and rear, straight sheetmetal, good rubber, good glass, new front hubs, 318 V8. Any opinions on approximate value? Any help appreciated?
