Eric,
It's a 39 cab as it has the early door latches(dead bolt style). No indicator light and phillips screws holding the door hinges. Painted OD green originally but not a 4x4 as the hood lip and support rod brackets are on the wrong angle.
My legit Military cab has the high beam indicator.
