Yep, i have yet to setup a massive Electrolytic tank, right now i use it for small parts (brackets, bolts, etc.).
I use a small 5gallon tub, with 4 or 5 pieces of rebar spaced around the outer edges (i just eyeballed it, no measuring here) with a thick copper wire connecting each piece of rebar.
Rebar is cheap enough that most people have extra bits laying around, and I've run my tank for probably a couple hundred hours and i still have plenty of meat left on my rebar.
Some people say Graphite works best, other people like Stainless Steel (warning: controversy with stainless steel), but i don't know many people who have chunks of scrap graphite laying around. Rebar works for me.
