Sure it can. You can retain the Master cylinder in the stock location. You will have to fab from the clutch pedal to the throwout arm. You will need to decide if your going to use a hydraulic or mechanical clutch. Your decision on a hydraulic or mechanical clutch may be dictated by the bell housing/clutch assembly you have. Your description/goals for the truck, should not be a major undertaking at all.
