Robert Ficken rebuilt a motor for me about a year ago. It also needed a new shaft. The shafts he had at that time were a bit longer than the original, but worked fine. It doesn't exactly match other wiper, but for me that's ok. If you are replacing both, it may not be an issue.
I don't know if he sells individual
parts....I know he doesn't sell 'kits'.
