I found a 1.375 10 spline input shaft on a 53 PW that I bought for parts. The trans was a (after type crash box) It is the only one that I ever ran across with that size input. I believe it was a 10 inch clutch. So the clutch you need may exist. I have seen a few flywheels drilled to accept both 10 and 11 in pressure plates as well. Your swap sounds feasible .Keep us posted
