Well, in the process of cleaning the one good differential from the Red PW, I pulled out the rest of one of the pins from deep inside the center section, and cleaned out a lot of metal shavings.
However in the process I've now got a delima. With the center section turned with the pinon gear upward, it spins great. However in the other orientations it's rough, and with the pinion gear down it binds.
So I plan on removing the yoke and the yoke seal (needs replacing anyway), and see what I can find in that end. I'm headed to the house now to read the manual, but any other suggestions?
