I matched up the two corner windows when I first got them. Amazing how much they didn't match. I hope today's was the bigger of the two. If tomorrow's don't fit easier, I'm taking it to the wet diamond wheel. Or maybe they to grind some of the rubber out of the trouble spot?
Maybe in the middle of the night I'll be awakened by a loud "PHFOIP" and in the morning it will have settled in. Oh well, it's a custom job, a bit of urethane sealer around the edge will make it alll riight.
But with the one window in, and it's wide rubber flange, I kind of like the way the interior cab lining is coming along. Pic to follow, as the lighting improves.
