It definately is the non power wagon hood and hood ornament common to the other truck body series. To bad we can't see a little more of the head lamps to see if they are nestled in the top of the fenders or standing on pedastels to help narrow the year down. I don't see any evidence of a two speed rear axle control so I would think its a light 1 1/2 ton or less. If you look close you can see a passenger side mirror through the wind wing glass - that would want to make you think that it was bigger than just a pickup as most I have seen only had a drivers side mirror. Interesting but sad photo....
