No problem with the following tools....
1)Sawzall
2)Pneumatic die grinder
3)Sharp chisel
4)small pry bar
I fought my first WC wheel for 3 hours trying to get the tire off, then I gave up and got the saw out. Cut the sidewall out, then cut most of the way through the bead with the grinder in an X pattern to avoid nicking the rim, then used the prybar and the chisel to get the last few cords. Only took me a half a day to do the other three.
If the tires are fairly new and the rubber still pliable you might not have to cut em!
